No offence, but you are mistaken. 
3 million shares traded today is NOT low volume for this stock;  this is comparitively very high volume.
3 million shares and down 12% suggests many (longs) have NOT stayed.  Yes, new people are buying at $5.20 but I fail to see your point, there's always buyers and sellers.  New buyers at 12% lower doesn't make me happy.  New buyers at new highs does.
