A $61M sale via a huge investment brokerage will cost at least 6% if not 10%. Add substantial legal fees and you'll be looking down the barrel of 15%. So recalculate your numbers based on a real receipt of around $50M after the dust settles.
I also hope you are correct wrt the Governments forgiving the $25M in loans used to build the sparkling effigy of not-so-brilliant expectations of selling huge amounts of Econiche.
If they strip away all costs not associated with Urocidin, their burn rate should be much less you expect assuming some income from investing the few million$ left over.
