Antofagasta is subject to a standstill agreementAntofagasta cannot acquire DM because it is subject to a standstill agreement. The agreement terminates on the earlier of Anto exercising its 25% option or July 2016 - this is standard for these sort of agreement - it protects DM. I believe that Anto's control over the Project also makes it very unlikely that a third party would acquire DM. As investors in DM, our best hope is that the PFS is issued and generates some share price upside before DM has to finance. But based on DM manangement's past record, I regret that I am very sceptical ...
