Yes, if Q4 reflects the speculation noted, SP will get slammed. But, Kherson in particular, don't mistakenly try to draw similar conclusions to PSN. The company has an established core business. And this new oil by rail venture has real, hard infrastructure assets with a market value not far from costs (no more execution risk and short timeline to full potential cash flow). Any comments about 100% divi cut, or company being toast is irresponsible sensationalism. We don't need chicken little trying so hard to be the one who told us so with such dramatic fortune telling. To be clear, I appreciate anyone voicing concerns not yet anticipated, but potential risks and potential consequences need to be adequately put in perspective.
