RE:RE:RE:market doesn't seem to like the resultsThose results are very good!!! AFFO payout ratio down to 87.5%. Cancellation of 3M units!
FA-BU-LOUS!!!! Now if they lower the LTD We are in busneiss. They should also renegotiate the interst of the morgage to lower the payment.

We have artificialy the dividend hike, with the cancallation of share: More solvent = better share price... Dont listen to the noise of the market today, Most of the people who traded lower today expected an irrealistic price hike or a doubling dividend because of the doubling asset value!

We're on track for a 9$/sh by next chrismas....
