Anyway I don't even know if he is able to read a financial statment The loss is only on paper because of higher ammortisation of equipment.  I wouls agree with him if gasfrac would pay a dividend but that's not the case. Further more the pool of taxes caryover is important, and that alone gives gasfrac value!
