This company and CEO is a complete joke!!

I was interested in this company because of the ongoing Nigerian Asset sale and decided to do some DD before buying up some shares. This is my honest opinion about the CEO, and why I don’t think you should invest in this company. And believe me, I was horrified by what I found in the process.

So I ask you…

What reputable CEO of a company would also be the CEO of 2 other companies at the same time??  Well, when he’s not busy on twitter or any other social media accounts  it seems Nasim Tyab is just the CEO we’re looking for… Now If any of these other companies were successful I would be a believer, and wouldn’t think twice. But from what I’ve seen is failed ventures, and nothing troubles me more than the countless amounts of private placements, poorly written quarterly reports, and ZERO INVESTOR PRESENTAIONS  that exist (Except for a meager powerpoint that a 5yr old can make…. I would expect something better when Advertising and communications expenses are over for $100,000 for a 3-month period). And what scares me the most is wondering where all the private placements are coming from and why is there a finders fee? I think to myself “These poor people just got f*****g screwed”

Which maybe explains why I’ve seen no mentions of Oracle Energy ever attending any industry trade shows or conferences and why I couldn’t find anything that remotely resembles a functioning company. Does the board of directors even meet? All of this combined has led me to conclude that CEO Nasim Tyab is a complete FRAUD.

Show me pictures of the actual properties with equipment, show me an interview, show me something and I will be forever changed. In the mean time I see absolutely nothing that is real, or that should lead me to believe in investing with him.  

The worst part that I endured during my DD was seeing all of the social media and web pages he created for himself. Maybe what all the marketing dollars went towards??
