In the Corruption Perceptions Index 2012 Kenya is ranked 139th out of 176 countries for corruption, this is better than in 2010 when they were as high as 159th. So things may be getting better but not holding my breath. Got in several years ago at .35 and then again at 1.10 before it made its rise to around 1.60. Sold a bit to cover but still holding the rest, so hopefully results will be favourable in court.
