RE:RE:RE:Drillinginfrastructure wise may be, but I am not sure there is a first mover advantage here. Between OT and KCC (if it works), there are some years and many of the hurdles OT helped clear will be saving a lot to KCC. Even if OT was going cold for a while, from a project management angle, that's not likely to show up on KCC Critical Path for a while. By then, somebody, RIO or else, would have settled the OT matter and get it on track. it is not unusual for mega projects. they often die several times before turning into profitability and success stories.
