RE:BizarreI can see why you think that way, but CE is in no position to be happy with anything at this stage of the game.  He has basically destroyed all the value in MNR, put the Company at risk with all his violations.  I don't think a $1m investment is a hostile takeover, but I could be wrong.  Any takeover at this point could only be better for the shareholders.
