RE:Just got off the phone............Thanks payday2.  I had already sent an email to the company and will post the reply if/when it is received.  

Sir,  I am hoping the company can issue a statement regarding the special dividend.  Assuming the company did not have the intention of ambushing the shareholder, why is this dividend being done in a way that completely disrupts the market?  I think very few RRSP investors have any idea of how to proceed, especially with the short time frame provided.  
Guidance please!
