Hi charbsey,

Two points. The first if you calculate the ROI with your numbers, it's come out to 25.6% a years, with a present value of 1.80%. Way to optimistic with a management that is consitely under performing... A ROI of 6% is more likely.

The second, there is a time frame in witch a new technologie have to penetrate the market. Gasfrac miss the train on that regard, new technologies are about to reach the market in a two year time frame, and are cheaper thant gasfrac. A 10 years horizon is not the way to go with gasfrac; unless they execute by two years. If not it's over.
