RE:Technical EventI find that TA works best on ETF's and large caps. I have very mixed results on small/microcaps so use with great caution. JMHO
LGO seems to be in a holding pattern pending results of production ramp up, which make sense to me. Also,any other big institutions will be unlikely to buy until shares consolidate so the existing large shareholders will have to wait along with the rest of us. Let's hope we get a successful production on this project.
