Looks like an insider bought 500,000 shares at .05 recently for $25,000. I don't see that purchase in the price history, so perhaps that was indeed towards the PP for new shares. The Dec. 9 announment was for a PP for 10,000,000 shares to raise $500,000 though, so don't know what the total amount raised so far is.
