Fact vs Speculation
Fact vs SpeculationThis is pretty interesting. I thought the financing options on the table was a good thing but there appears to be a lot more to it. Maybe all the supporters of CE are actually MNR management or maybe Batman and Robin are trying to take over this thing. Who knows, but either way it is all SPECULATION.
There is no doubt there is a connection between Blox and Waratah and I would also speculate that they are the group behind the $1M financing. So I would definitely agree with “the trio” on that one. Although I would not consider it a hostile takeover. It is a group that obviously has a large position in MNR and is trying to lend it more capital so it can survive. If any group were actually trying a hostile takeover, you'd think the share price would be doing a lot better! There appears to be multiple financings on the table and yet the stock is still in the toilet. The delisting sure won't help things in the meantime.
From the news releases, I see the following FACTS:
1. MNR keeps posting it is advancing with financings, but never closes any of them
2. MNR has repeatedly violated TSX regulations including posting false new releases to mislead shareholders, which appears to be the reason for this delisting review by the TSX
3. The last guy they brought in to “save the company” didn’t raise a dime and resigned two months later
4. The last two Chairmen resigned
5. The whole team in Turkey resigned
6. The CFO resigned
It is hard to look at the above facts and applaud the efforts our CEO. So in that respect I would have to agree with “Batman and Robin”. This is likely why this Waratah group is calling for his resignation. I can’t say I disagree. His record with this Company is terrible and he needs to go. I have tried calling the office many times looking for CE or anyone who could give me some answers, but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I can’t even figure out where their head office is.
Can anyone help me out?
Has anyone ever successfully reached this Company and got answers? Do they have an investor’s relations department?
