So you're now telling me that the only reason you are buying is b/c insiders are?  They release bad news release after bad release - all math, logic, and facts says that this company is done but b/c the insiders still put some of their money into it, you'll join the party? Personally I need more assurance than that.  I don't know what logic they are buying off and if they can't explain the opportunity to me or anyone else, why should anyone invest?
If a new asset is rolled in here and they recapitalize, all current shareholders are going to be given a 1 for 20 split or similar and be completely wiped out.  The insiders won't mind too much b/c they'll be part of the new money coming in or maybe they'll use that new money to fund their parachutes on the way out and a new team comes in with a new play - which may be good for future investors, but definitely not current ones.
