received my voting papers

Hey fellow shareholder,

just received my voting papers, at the point where they ask your permission for a raise, I hope you'll vote appropriately.... meaning against! Funny that you have to vote "for"or "abstain" there is no where to vote against. After all they did a lousy job at overseeing the performance of the company; they should be all fired! If ew can't vote "no" what is the point of voting?
