My guess

My guessThis is being set up for a take over... Project in Utah.... Safe... Potash.... Significant takeover potential. News today on directors exchanging voting shares with non voting forced to do so to meet certain shareholder thresholds for US securiuties reasons??? 

Put two and two together and I smell takeover. Open at .285.. year high of .495...  Takeover target at .35-.40?
