It holds a 100% interest in two graphite properties located in Quebec: The Miller Graphite Project and Asbury Graphite Project. The Miller Graphite Property is located in Grenville Sur la Rouge, Quebec. The Miller hydrothermal lump-vein historical graphite mine and surrounding property cover approximately 100 square kilometers (km2) and is located 80 kilometers (km) west of Montreal in the Grenville Township. The Asbury Graphite Project is made up of two claims for a total of 119 hectares (ha). It is located 8.1km northeast of Notre-Dame-Du-Laus in the Laurentides Region of southern Quebec.

you can easily track Pinetree and sheldon's transactionsand so I disagree with the reasoning and math of one poster on that subject.
I dont much admire their model, but hey cash is tight to non-existant in this space so sometimes you gotta get in bed with the devil.

if pinetree is done selling then say goodbye and hope they dont return.
