My key take aways.. 1. Looks like sale of Geysers will go through at $6.4M. That will get us through the end of the year. 2. Sale of Ram looks like the plan with letters of intent coming in April. I'm guessing we will have sale by year end. 3. Well 9-3 not online, still heating up.. OK, add 7 to 10 to the 55 and we will be at 62 to 65. My hope for 65 is a long shot, now. At least, we will be operating Nic portion of business and not below 55. 4. So, what do you think stock price will do? I take the report as average results. Unless we get 65, no way to become self sustaining, so sale of all assets is the plan. Geyser money will be spent on operations for next 9 months, Nicaragua-SJE sale will get us .25 less costs of .05, so we end up with .15 to .20 by end of year 2014. that is my guess. 5. I must say.. Management of Ram over the years has really ruined this company. Essentially all of their projects are failures almost total losses of money spent on them. Geysers (best of worst) will get $6.4m on.. whatever they spent.. $30M or more? That is the best of the failure group. 6. SJE can only covers it own debt with no real profits to RAM. Sad. Well at the .06 price.. still think we could get a double .12 or triple to .18 but very poor showing for management. Amazing that management can lose $300M or so. 7. I sure wish RAM would merge with US Geothermal. It would cut SEC reporting costs, US G has some cash to finish out binary unit (probably safest geothermal project possible) , together they could become a decent but small geothermal operator. If so, USG could offer a third of a share for each RAM share. This (.30 in stock) is better than any cash offer would be. We shall see.
