You are correct, 1/3 of a USG  share is .26  which is a decent offer for RAM $96M which is 3X our market cap now.

$96M is more cash than most can come up with, but pretty easy to print up 100M shares.

7.5 X Ebitda of 50M is 375M less debt of 280M is right there 95M. You can play with the numbers, but that is the ballpark we are in.
