Sorry to wade into this conversation in the middle
but is this to confirm that IBK is not considered an insider?
It does seem to suggest that they are not.

Does anyone have an idea how many shares they should hold?
Looking at all the offerings they have done for POET/OPEL,
it does seem like they should be sitting on quite a few.

Does this mean that they have been selling off along the way?
