RE:RE:RE:Deep thoughtsRR I have had the pleasure of meeting some very fantastic educated employees with CSFS. It would suprise you how many have post secondary degrees. Some have been managers in banks but were victims of job redundancy. In some cases people have been forced into these positions because they live in rural communities where there are low employment rates, one of the best examples I can give you is Cape Breton, NS, a perpetual ghost town. You seem kinder in your thought with respect to the wages paid to staff, but I cannot understand why you would trash so many people of whom you know nothing of their educational backgrounds. Your assumption of lack of educations concerns me when even 19 year old associates knew that the premium bank account fiasco was going to doom the company. Yet the "brass" in Edmonton with all of their fancy degrees could not even forsee this catastrophe.
