. Companies with happy employees are 3x more profitable than companies with unhappy
employees. (Perhaps you should take a look at some personal development, Regional Retreat. Clearly you are not as "educated" as you seem to think.)
. Work is moving toward 'value based' organizations. (Clearly, you are not part of a value based organization, Regional Retreat. Perhaps you should reevaluate what good you are doing for the world by defending CSF.)
. We (employees) expect our leaders to take responsibility and tell us why. ( well, Regional Retreat, clearly you are not part of an organization that discloses any info to staff, hence this current situation right here on these boards.)
. A manager who is emotionally intelligent is worth 88% more than his/her salary. ( Clearly, Regional Retreat your intelligence is not emotional, therefore you may not be worth as much as you seem to think.)
The only thing you've succeeded in doing here is confirming what we already suspected of HO CSF employees. Pompous jerks who have no regard for front line staff.
