RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Deep thoughtsCustomers pay people they like right??

No. Customers pay the companies that offer the biggest carrot. CSFS will always be the last priority payment because it's not as though CSFS has the ability to affect the credit of most clients, nor can they repossess property or shut off a utility. Of course, the payday competitors get paid ahead of CSFS because the payout/reborrow is more advantageous to the client with their considerably lower rates.

it isn't even worth acknowledging an individual who 1. degrades an individual for spelling and grammar errors when he/she themselves don't realize that alot is NOT a word.

Please note: I used the proper form of "a lot".

Who is just trying to get our goats.

I'm really not. I actually have quite a bit of contempt for this company.  I have many friends that work for CSFS, and I don't like the way they're being treated. I have advocated for higher wages - there is plenty of internal data that shows that higher paid branches (not including bonuses, just salary) are more successful. Why?  Because it keeps quality people around. I think that many good people were pressed into roles they were ill suited for.  Great CSRs often make terrible managers; that doesn't mean they can't continue to to be great CSRs and fairly compensated.  And it's quite obvious to all that great managers are sometimes terrible regional managers.

What people don't realize is how we have helped our customers, if it be listening to their problems, helping them with a bill that if they weren't able to use our services couldn't pay.

You were friendly - that's admirable.  As you might be able to tell, it's a trait I lack. But you weren't helping them.
