I'm enjoying the gripe session going on here; unfortunately, the manner in which it is being done is indicative of the level of discourse and critical thought that takes place at the lower levels of CSFS.
For what it's worth, I believe that the (very low) levels of pay for CSRs and branch managers are shameful. If such a large percentage of the CSFS workforce is forced to borrow from CSFS at predatory rates, then the company is clearly doing something wrong.
