Another thing I did not like about the announcement of the financing is saying no warrants were involved. This is technically correct in that it's only a right to buy and for a set time and cannot be transferred, but Linda is stretching the truth in my opinion. In most respects it acts much in the same way a warrant would. To be honest she should just have not said anything about it not being a warrant. Dam, investing is not easy!
