Chances aren't as good as getting to $7 in the near term. Keep in mind, for those of us who have been around for 7-8 years, a $7-8 stock price is really only .70--.80 cents. I hate to admit it, but I still own sum in the $12-13 range. Keep hoping given the amount of shares owned by insiders they know something we don't.
Anyway, AEI is trending in the right direction and the share buyback can't be viewed as a bad thing especially now they are paying a dividend. Nice to see a few new posters adding value to this board.
