Yet clarity in the news release would mean a public disclosure of the severe reduction in the risk of the trial failing, which would lead to shareholder optimism and unwanted publicity, which could further lead to questions like "where the Hell is IR and why is the stock not being promoted", which might lead to pressure to release the anlyst reports and tell the Spectral story, which would drive the share price up significantly and ultimately kill the ability to hand out 90 million more cheap shares to friends for the next round of financing!
But they are still bullish.
