RE:Crash and burn
I really don't think people WANT the business to fold, well the coworkers I speak to daily anyways. I just wish we as employees would be told everything, anything!!! I don't will anyone to fail, just wish they would haven't been so greedy to think they were above the law. I see now that being naïve/ignorant about past issues/the company when I started working for them has hindered what I really knew what I was getting into as an employee. I wish before working for them I would have researched and dug deep prior to acquiring work with them. lack of communication is a big thing with employees and lack of makes myself and others not trust anything that is being said and done. In my opinion, the restructuring will be closure of Ontario branches and I see that process beginning May 1st. unfortunate but it seems inevitable. Nothing we can control I suppose.
