Read the 43-101 (if you can indeed read) and look at the numbers. Factor that foreign producers have now proven 2 cycles a day and factor the proven (in other sectors) heat recapture figures, and it shows that with those elements alone they can produce it for significantly LESS than the worlds largest supplier, China, and on US soil. Add in any of their other technologies, and the cost drops even more making it just that much more lucrative.
This announcement shows that the deal has gotten better for NCM and that Scan Mag NEEDs NCM to get their own project operational. So now we have 2 projects that will complement each other and drive each others success with more people determined to make this a reality.
The deal would be done if the interpreters and lawyers could speed things up, but that’s not reality so the deal will be done in May. They only have to put up the first 150K so even if they don't have their own full financing complete, it still helps NCM move forward with a cash injection. Further there is a realistic deadline for the remaining 5Mil. Do you think ScanMag would put up the 150K if they can't (or don't already) have the 5 Mil or at least know when they are getting it?
All the naysayers can complain and cry all you want. This is the confirmation you all wined about not getting earlier. The deal is better, and is set to signoff in 1 month (or less). The terms are approved by the boards, so its a formality to do the final review (with interpretation) and sign off.
excellent post. excellent.
much better than I could do
I'm just to pragmatic and not as analytical as you.
I thank you for these details.
I would compare and contrast them to why America opened all its shale fields, Colorado and god if they ok california for resources, will become ever independant from the rest of the world on imports needed (resources)
America's goal is to become self-sufficient in nearly all areas and knows exactly how China thinks in terms of 1000 year cycles. Todays leaders in China think out 1000 years. America 1 year, but that is changing. blah bla....I will stop.
That Magnesium is valuable and on US soil. nuf said
