RE:RE:Same situation like the failed "Mesa Minerals" takeover?In Canada, securities law is a provincial matter, not federal (ie: canadian government). In other words I would guess you would contact British Columbia securities exhange commision. I have to admit to having no idea about what or who specifically you might contact, but google is always my first choice. Afraid other than that, well my legal knowledge is almost non-existant
