Here we go again?

Here we go again?
One whiff of a problem and we lower expectations for share holders. Oil at all time high prices and we are sitting on our hands with a broken plant. Don't be to hard on management that are under compensated and looking out for your best interests? They pull a rabbit out of a hat with some financial wizardly, thats what Canadian Oil Sands wants to be know for isn't it Financial Wizards. It time for some one to stand up and be accountable and say the Buck stops here. Who do you think that would be??? The president, who?? Not investor relations they were selling shares recently, is this a Coker a new problem or have they be nursing it along? A fixed number target for production, this will be interesting to see how that works for them. 273,000 barrels a day on a plant with a design for 375,000. That's means this year about 100,000 a day to COS, this is the major problem with the stock and now for sure there will be no dividend increase. Management should do something like this, no raises or staff bonus until the plant operates at 375,000 boe a day. Come on management we have put our money out there, why don't you take some risk... Vote no compensation review unless it results in pay cuts for COS staff.
