In these situations there is USUALLY first an undershoot to the downside as all the scared holders bail then a rebound as the sellers dry up. If management was right and existing shareholders will only hold 1% of the co... well what is 1% of $4.30? But no stock trades at its value, they all trade at a forward expectation of the future value... So maybe some holders think a turnaround is in the cards (now that debtholders are shareholders interest payments should be reduced so JAG has to be more profitable... err maybe I should word that less unprofitable) so JAG doesn't go that low.
