Agreed and talk about high frequency trading.  Shares outstanding is only 21 M .... today we traded 26 M shares.  I do not know what the float is but that is a lot of volume.  Looks like traders started to jump in as the volume and price started rising throughout the day, moving the SP up nicely.

I sold slightly after noon, a few hours too early but what the heck, a double in a few days is very nice.

From what I gather from the news release, this means that Tullow's stake in this remains untouched regardless of what happens to HDY, so it clears Tullow to start drilling if they want to.

HDY is still not out of the woods yet re the investigation, but this is a good sign that drilling may begin soon.
