RE:RE:Coal SalesThe mining process has began as scheduled on May 5th. the 1,000 tons are going to be sent a potential buyer of the coal at about 120 miles away from the mine. The 1,000 ton is just a sample that will be provided for the potential buyer, a 10,000 ton is the first order that has been placed by this potential buyer. From what I hear from workers at the mine, is that the potential buyer has ordered 10,000 tons of coal to burn at there facility, if they like the quality of the coal they will place a 30,000 ton order, and after that a sales contract of a minimum 5 years will be signed. Several previous miners that I know have been called back to work and are currently in the early stages of mining. New Elk Coal Mine has some of the world"s best quality coal, it's just a matter of getting to it, with all the land that has been leased from the Division Of Wildlife, there is no doubt that this mine could dig it self out of the grave and become one of the world's leader in coal production. Now, Cline has not been updating there website on any of this. It might be hard for many of you to know what is going on down here, I don't believe they will update the website until an actual contract has been signed. But things are looking up for this company, let's hope things go well. I will keep this board posted as I gather any new info.
