from the NR it seems Osborne had been seconded to Twin Metals in 2012 and only returned to DM in March 2014. This mean DM adds one more executive? Then Baker goes , for one less executive therefore seeming to keep the number of execcutives the same.
As Baker was a mining operations type it would seem Dundas was the CEO.
Dundas plans to continue working fulltime, so it is hard to imagine that whatever the titles how he would not remain the defac to CEO.
the main point seems to be that the "return' of Osborne and the departure of Baker are not likely to change much at DM and there do not appear to be any meaningful cost savings(presuming Osborne's compensation was not paid for by DM when he was seconded to Twin metals).
