Small mystery. Niemi in 2013 was already V.P. of exploration. Why is GQC announcing this now? Why use the words "entered into an agreement with"

Mr. Niemi serves as Vice President of Exploration at Goldquest Mining Corp. and served as its Director of Technical Services and Compliance since September 11, 2012.

Am sure thinking about this is not going to make any of us any money, but it will keep us from getting hit by cats and dogs, if it is raining. And that is important.
