RE:$1.60I would like to see 1.60 and lower. Got my average down to 1.715 and will keep whittling it down until we bottom. The company's growing, turning a profit and gaining market share. 2Q is said to be off to a very strong start and the bank application is expected this year which will improve margin. Metrics look very strong. Short of a total real estate sector meltdown sp will climb.
