RE:seems like the best solutionAfter investigating this stock I conclude that Jim Pettit & company are experts in arranging placements to pump in investor money to keep the company alive and able to pay out nice salaries. They own as well MPH Ventures (MPS on the TSX) which made a recent consolidation of 10 - 1 of its shares which thanks to the poor shareholders enabled them to raise an additional $600,000.00 in order to keep the lights on. IMHO BYV shareholders should do their due diligence. GLTA
