RE:Poutney versus Dunlop

 I would guess no matter what spin anyone puts on the final outcome of the lawsuit that Poutney, at minimum, would break even. 
 
It appears as though he is somewhat of an insurance or an assurance. He very well could be and IMO he probably is. 

He might also be slightly irrelevant or nearly completely irrelevant. 

One thing for sure is Poutney is definately a factor in an equation with many.
