I am sure they have a way to make huge money on redistribution of potash in the india market, system there is corrupt. For GSFC The real money to be made in India, they will find a way to get this to production. Has to be huge concern to Canpotex if KRN goes into to production, but can't see them making a bid to buy out, an attempt to do so would drive share price back up and put KRN in better position to getting the financing they need. GSFC owns 20%, Phinney owns 15%, have to believe big percentages of share holders in it at $7.00 plus. None would be sellers at low ball buy out price. Am I wrong? GSFC & Management has to find a partner and see the project through to production. May not be the sexy share price in the end that Phinney envisioned,(maybe why he had to go) but for those buying at these levels will probably do quite well.
