What have they done for common shareholders? Look at the shareprice
since they took over GOZ to settle their coal mining fiasco; of course
they will blame the Au price

To finally get rid of the current Elgin management should not prevent us
from voting AGINST the proposition. Afterall the way they took care of
their shareholders is indicative of how good a deal they have struck for
the common shareholder.
