DMC ruling is still hanging out their!
With all the commotion with AF and Direct everyone should not forget that the DMC ruling could come at any time. I find the fact that he has put it off for so long to be very unusual. Now it may only be continue until the next review which would not move the stock. A ruling of futility would crush the stock, The third option is stop for effectiveness and the stock would explode. I expect the first but you never know.
