RE:New York State approves medical use of marijuana!

Ya. It's highly illegal for Canadian companies to sell marijuana in the US. Nice pump tho. Producers in Canada can only sell to users with prescriptions, which is about 44,000 people that have been signing up since 2000, when prescpriptions were legalized in Canada.
