I think the key piece in this news release is "Furthermore, it is expected that the current officers of Vast will remain on as employees of Vast and hold the following positions upon closing of the Proposed Transaction: Hamed Abbasi, Chief Executive Officer of Vast; Jon Caculovic, Chief Operating Officer of Vast; and Serguei Kloubkov" Vast has a portfolio of computer games, which get stale-dated pretty quickly these days. The value in this deal, in my opinion, is the Vast team turning their computer game software expertise to developing gaming software for ISIS. The NR comment "it is expected" doesn't cut it for me. I want to hear committment from them.
