RE:Getting close!Having looked at the flowsheet in the document I posted earlier today (check p.4), the sulphur is being used to make sulphuric acid for leaching. So, yes, the fact that half the stockpile is gone is good news, I'm sure they've got a good deal of acid made already, and maybe all that they need for commissioning. If you look at the June 2014 photos on the MMB website, on the site photo, the leaching circuit would be those 8 tanks all grouped together with yellow platforms on top ( at the right side of the photo, right above that white clarifier/thickener). The 3 big white tanks above the leaching circuit I am assuming would be acid storage. That all may be full of acid and ready to go based on what CAJones1 is saying.
