At june 30 2017, the stockholder will have received $1342 in dividend while the bond holder will have received $2025. in interest. In term of revenues, the bond is better than the stock. Now for the capital gain. On june 2017, the conversion price will have been reduced to $10.68 for a ratio of 9.36 shres per bond (because of the dividend)
