i would say...
that the present outstanding shares is not a problem... not even close to being overly diluted! This makes me think there's another reason why they want to do a reverse split Now, from our prospective what happens if there's a market crash and PTK ends up trading somewhere near it is now.. and we have a lot less shares.. that's like getting taken to the wood shed cause the company took most of your leverage from you. This is an added risk I may not want in my later years... especially when there's no need for it. Can you handle loosing so many of your hard earned shares... I'm really going to need to think about this... I'm not 30 years old anymore and can't absorb another thrashing from the market. gt
