RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:that source code problemOn hearing Citrix`s counsel say it would be `burdensome` to release the code for her court she commented that they would have to release the code for the California trial anyways so why not get it done now. The first time around they only released 75% of the code and argued semantics of what `all` means. B&H asked for contempt charges which Judge Aldrich denied but awarded costs against Citrix for wasting time. They are digging themselves a bigger hole to climb out of.


Factoring in the unpredictablity of a jury and the LogMeIn result  B&H will have to be very sure of their position to go to a jury and to use a stat from the first time around 90%+ of civil cases settle on the court house steps. If B&H wanted $200m and Citrix offered $20m what would be middle ground?
